Professional Polishing Pads Designed by a Master Detailer
More durable - More versatile - Get better results.
The Reality Every Professional Detailer Knows
You’re three panels to half way into a paint correction on a customer’s prized vehicle when you feel it—your pad’s losing its bite. The foam’s softening. The velcro’s starting to separate. Your cutting performance is dropping.
I’ve been there many times. After 33 years polishing I’ve experienced every frustration with inferior pads: premature velcro failure, inconsistent results and watching profit margins shrink as you burn through supplies.
Professional detailers deserve pads that won’t let them down when their reputation is on the line and this is why I am driven to create the most versatile, durable and ultra high performance polishing pads that allow you to achieve amazing results in less time
Engineered Solutions From Someone Who Understands Your Work
In 1993, I started my journey down the deep rabbit hole of automotive detailing. Three decades later, I’m still testing, innovating, and pushing boundaries—because I live and breathe this craft with the same dedication Bruce Lee brought to martial arts.
That’s why I have partnered with foam manufacturers from across the world but especially Europe who lead the way in research and development and state of the art foam production. To engineer polishing pads that solve real problems:
✓ 50% greater durability through advanced foam technology that maintains firmness for far longer
✓ No velcro delamination with impinterfaces preventing polish from reaching adhesive bonds
✓ Superior thermal stability for consistent cutting performance without breakdown
✓ Universal compatibility across rotary, random orbital, and forced rotation polishers
Every pad design is tested to failure on real cars with various paint systems in our Adelaide R&D facility before reaching your hands.

What Detailers Say
RASHEED
“It’s mindboggling the amount of variables there are to get paint correction right… I’m a lot more comfortable using the rotary machine now, which was the main aim for coming down here. Matt’s been guiding me ever since I found him on the Detailing Down Under podcast.”
ALI
“It’s shocked me to my core what I’ve learned from just a couple of hours of training… You can get clarity from one step just using the right technique. There have been other detailers I’ve contacted, but knowing Matt has opened my eyes to what can be done and how it should be done the right way.”
MARK
“I’ve been using the Spitfire Green All Rounder pads for a while now and really like how versatile they are. They have become my go to for finishing with my multistage paint corrections. I’m also getting great results with single stage corrections and enhancements. The foam that matt has brought to market is next level, they hold their shape and firmness better than most so called premium brands pads. Have used them on a DA, forced rotation polisher and rotary with great results.
Have never met him in person but in talking with him you can get a real feel for his experience and passion”

Looking Way Outside the Box
While other brands focus on flashy packaging and marketing hype, we test materials from industries well beyond detailing to find new materials that can solve problems our industry has needed to address for years or decades.
In our Adelaide R&D facility, I create prototypes from foam sheets and other materials, then push them to failure on real vehicles—Falcons, Commodores, cars from Asia, Europe and the USA with various paint systems from soft single-stage to hard modern OEM paint finishes.
Since 2014, I’ve partnered with European foam manufacturers. In 2024, I expanded to nearly ten companies, including the world’s largest foam manufacturer. I am adding Japanese foam technology to the range in 2026 as well as my third generation pad designs – the revolutionary Elite series pads in the last quarter of the year.
The result? Pads with measurably superior thermal stability, pad anti flattening and anti softening effects, no velcro delamination and consistent performance no matter what type of polisher you use.
Learn from a master of the rotary
New to the industry or established in the last few years and have never picked up and used a rotary polisher and are afraid to use it for fear of burning the paint off the car or leaving buff marks aka holograms?
You will learn from a master of the rotary and other polishers with almost fifty thousand hours on all three types of polishers to get you up to speed and most of all confident to use the rotary as well as the other machines and on your way to becoming a true paint correction artist who is also efficient and delivers top quality and on time.
All new training courses are being developed during the last quarter of 2026 to provide the best possible training in 2027 and beyond as we join forces with Jamie from SA Customs – a custom painter and restorer
Our combined training courses will be unlike anything currently available in South Australia and go beyond just detailing but into paint technology so you understand more about paint itself, how to do dry, damp and wet sanding by hand and machine, how to diagnose defects and remove them safely and properly with paint correction with various machines
